Zac Allen

Teaching Pastor

Zac is the son of a high school f ootball coach and for some guys that might not mean very much but for Zac, God has used it to shape who he is. He doesn't just talk about team he lives it. It is clear he has been called by God to be a head pastor, but sitting as an authoritarian leader is not even close to his style. He is one of the most humble and gentle guys I know. He serves, loves, and calls people up with truth to really pursue God. He went to college at Carson Newman to play football, has worked for Fellowship of Christian Athletes, participated in Tom Nelson's discipleship program, and has earned a degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. Zac and his wife, Jennie, enjoy discovering new local restaurants. His kids, Conner (9), Kate (7), and Caroline (4) make him light up.

Mark Adams

Teaching Pastor

Mark is a pretty rare guy. As soon as you meet him, he becomes your best friend. He is a great listener and genuinely loves people. He has worked in ministry for two decades and it shows. He is truly a pastor at heart. He is the newest addition to the Austin Bible team and we couldn't be more grateful to God for him! He graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary, has served on staff at various other churches, and has fit in with the team at Austin Bible perfectly. His favorite colors are red and black (get your guns up!) and likes the taste of dust in his mouth. His love for his wife Jill, and kids Mary Claire (15), Madeline (13), William (6), and Masie (4) is real and unwavering.

Sean McDonald

Director of Operations

Sean would say that he never expected to work for a church but it is evident that God knew what He was doing when He called Sean to Austin Bible. He grew up in Arkansas, went to the University of Arkansas, and moved to Austin in order to be a part of Austin Bible after working in the corporate world for several years. He is passionate about authenticity, he gets grace, and won't settle for a lukewarm lifestyle. He really loves his wife Katherine. She is a great complement to him. They both enjoy sports (especially the razorbacks), competition and chain restaurants.

Stephanie Logan

Ministry Coordinator

I grew up in Friendswood,Texas and went to Texas A&M. I have served on various leadership teams and have a heart for global missions, prayer, and discipleship. I'm not sure how I ended up on staff here but it has been one of the greatest blessings. I'm challenged daily and can really see God at work among the people I call "family" at Austin Bible.

Brooke Anderson

Children's Ministry Leader

This woman can get things done! Brooke not only works part-time for Austin Bible heading up the kid's ministry - ROOTS - she also is a wonderful wife and mom to her 3 kiddos (Ben, Brady, and Charlie), and also an owner of a local design business in town. God knew that we needed someone like Brooke and He brought her at just the right time. Her passion is undeniable for kids to know and love God. Like she told us when they started coming to Austin Bible, she is going to lead kids to Jesus whether we pay her or not.

We esteem Team because the Bible esteems Team. We were created to be an interdependent group of people...the Body of Christ. We desire team to permeate every aspect of our church's ministry, from service projects to team teaching. On a team, each person plays a critical role. No Christian should be left in the stands.

The role of church leadership is to "equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the Body of Christ
" (Ephesians 4:12)

**Since none of us really want to write bios about ourselves, I'll take the liberty to write them about everyone! Now that I've worked here around 3 years I know these guys pretty well. I also don't think they know how to edit the website to change what I write**Stephanie Logan
